The MENAFA Advisory Board is a regional and an international network of professionals covering operations, development, marketing and law, who are available to advise and share their experiences with franchisors, franchisees and investors. H.E. Abdulrahim Hasan Naqi is Secretary General, Federation of GCC Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FGCC Chambers), Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Federation of GCC Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FGCC Chambers) is headed by Secretary-General Dr. Abdulrahim Hasan Naqi. He served as deputy General Manager of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce Industry before he was appointed Secretary General of the FGCC Chambers in April 2007. The FGCC Chambers is the umbrella organization of the six major chambers of commerce and industry in the Gulf region. The FGCC Chambers was established in 1979 with the objectives of serving the Gulf region private sector, forge closer cooperation between the member-chambers, and promote economic integration among the GCC states. Recently, it has concluded various agreements with many international Chamber’s such US Chamber of Commerce, Eurochambre, ASEAN, Asia-Pacific Cooperation, China Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Indian Chambers, and many more. It has presented the views and visions of the Gulf private sector on economic issues and policies in many forums and exhibitions that we have organized and attended. The FGCC Chambers cooperates with regional institutions and organizations in crystallizing economic issues concerning the GCC countries. FGCC Chambers has implemented reform-building initiatives, including the conclusion of collaboration and cooperation with a number of international chambers and organizations.

From 1999-2004 Jeff was Vice President Real Estate International at The Home Depot where he played a key role in the expansion of that brand into Mexico and South America. From 1991-1999 he held a variety of positions with PepsiCo Restaurants (now known as YUM Brands), most recently as the London based Vice President of Franchising and Business Development for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He also played a key role in the entry of the YUM brands into Eastern Europe and Russia while based in Warsaw, Poland. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Jeff was a partner with commercial real estate developer Trammell Crow Company.
